Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
Nothing to pay for being connected
This service is free to the homeowner. You are never invoiced by this site — the only money that changes hands is between you and the contractor you hire.
Insured, credentialled and nearby
The connection goes to an insured independent contractor working in the Indianapolis area rather than to a call centre two states away. The contractor on site is the firm that must hold the permissions the job calls for, so confirm them yourself before anyone starts.
A poor fit is fixed by one more call
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
The part this service cannot promise
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
